Christian Henrik Bergh
Founder and CEO
Christian holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo and Amsterdam. He has extensive experience as a business consultant and manager.
He has worked on Talent Management projects for a broad range of companies like Ericsson, Equinor, Seadrill, Ikea, and Nordea.
Christian has also established AS3 Employment in Norway, a leading Nordic company on Inclusion.
Susanne holds a master’s degree from the University of Oslo and NTNU, with specialization in Innovation and Organizational learning. She has extensive experience as a business consultant based in Norway and Asia and co-founded the consultancy Nordic Resource Group.
In Norway Susanne previously worked with Talent Management at the American consultancy CEB (now Gartner), and supported global clients like Equinor, Eriksson and Statkraft on improving strategic HR processes.

Fredrik holds a master’s degree in economics and Finance from BI.
Fredric has extensive experience in leadership development and turning talent processes into business results. He has long experience as a coach and mentor in talent development programs for a broad range of companies.
Fredrik have also founded training programs for entrepreneurs and start-ups both in Norway and internationally.
Leif Erik Paulsen
Leif Erik work in Sirius Entrepreneur programs and help startup businesses to accelerate and grow.
Leif Erik has succeeded with several startups and have deep knowledge of what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur. He also has a strong commercial mindset and have developed and delivered sales training for a broad range og businesses. The last 10 years he has developed and delivered sales training for Apple. Leif Erik has a unique combination og a strong business mindset in combination with focus on the people side of the business.
Anne has a strong combination of competencies like leadership, marketing, and coaching. She works in Sirius inclusion programs and have leading knowledge and competency in how to help people back into the labor market.
With background as a leader and coach, she has the unique ability to match people outside the labor marked with businesses needs for talents.
